Goods are nearly always dispatched within 24 hours (Monday – Thursday) and we therefore deliver as below:
Mainland UK addresses: 2 days from order receipt. e.g. Orders received on Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.
Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Rep. Ireland, Belgium and France: 3 days from of order receipt. e.g. Orders received on Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday for delivery on Thursday,

Scottish Highlands & Islands – Delivery Postcodes
We believe everyone should be able to order and receive our products online – including those of you who live in the most remote areas of the UK. Our delivery partner, DPD, classify certain postcodes in Scotland as UK Highlands & Islands – and deliveries therefore take 2 days to be delivered, rather than 1.
If your delivery postcode is in the list below please select “DPD (N.Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands & Channel Islands)” as your delivery option at the checkout (also shown below, right) to ensure your order is sent and received correctly.

What are the delivery costs?
We charge £4.95 for delivery to mainland UK and a subsidised rate of £9.95 to extended UK delivery areas – Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands and Channel Islands. Belgium and France are also priced at £9.95.
On orders over £30 (after discount) we offer free delivery to the mainland UK, sadly we are unable to offer this outside due to the high costs associated with the delivery.
What is your refund and returns policy?
Our aim is to deliver all gifts promptly and in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, please follow the following guidelines:
– If the problem is the fault of ORSOM we will either re-deliver or refund your purchased product, depending on your preference. We insist however that you let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order.
– If there is a mistake submitted on the order form e.g. incorrect information, ORSOM cannot be held responsible for it. However, we will work with you to try and correct the issue.
– If you are unable to accept delivery of our goods on the original delivery date, we cannot accept liability for any deterioration in product quality due to any factors outside our control.
