All of our cheeses are handmade, made with natural products and are individuals – they don’t all look and taste exactly the same. So sometimes, there may be one cheese that isn’t to your liking (we hope not – but you can never be 100% sure).

Returns are only accepted for goods deemed to be in an unsatisfactory condition upon receipt, or for goods mistakenly dispatched. Please inform us immediately upon receipt of any goods in unsatisfactory condition, or incorrectly dispatched.
Depending on the condition of the goods, we may offer a refund or exchange for the full-value of the goods and any proven delivery costs incurred if you return the goods.
Should the purchaser, for any reason, request to cancel an order prior to despatch, the purchaser agrees to refund any loss incurred by Orsom Handmade Cheese.
You are allowed a 7 day 'cooling off' period from the date of delivery. This means that we will refund the total cost to you of the product and the delivery charges provided that your request to cancel complies with the requirements below:
- You notify us in writing of your cancellation (letter or email) within 7 working days of delivery.
- The goods remain unused and unopened.
- There is no fresh food or cheese component in the product.
- You or the recipient take reasonable care and retain the goods in satisfactory condition until we arrange collection.
Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the products in our warehouse by our Customer Care Team.
Please note that we are unable to reimburse the cost of your returning the product to us as we will arrange collection through our own carriers.
