This platter is perfect for sharing with friends and family any time of year but is perfect for winter months with a selection of our speciality handmade cheeses and seasonal fruits.


  • 100g ORSOM Breeze brie
  • 100g ORSOM Lester
  • 200g ORSOM Winston
  • 100g ORSOM Hot Phoenix
  • 100g Norcerella Olives
  • 50g Walnuts
  • 50g Pistachios
  • 35g Dried orange slices
  • 1 fresh apricot
  • Sprinkle of crushed pistachios to garnish
  • 3 fresh figs
  • 30g physalis
  • 1 kiwi
  • 120g seedless green grapes
  • 30g kumquats
  • 40g baby cucumber
  • 50g blueberries
  • 50g blackberries
  • 40g sliced dried apricots
  • Handful of rosemary to garnish


  1. Take a round platter or board that is approximately 30cm in diameter.
  2. Add the olives, walnuts and pistachios to small ramekins and arrange around your board.
  3. Slice the kiwi in half or make a kiwi star by cutting diagonally cuts throughout the middle of the kiwi and arrange on your board.
  4. Cut the ORSOM Lester, ORSOM Phoenix and ORSOM Breeze into triangles, by removing the outer wax, cutting the cheese in half diagonally and then horizontally and arrange around the kiwi, walnuts and pistachios.
  5. Cut half of the Winston into triangles and arrange in a zigzag pattern on your board. Take the remaining half and arrange in a neat stack.
  6. Cut the cucumber into stars and slice the dried apricots and arrange on your board.
  7. Fill all the remaining gaps with the fruit and garnish with the dried orange slices and rosemary.
  8. For a winter warming treat, pair with your favourite whisky or a glass of your favourite Bordeaux.
