This cheeseboard will wow your guests with its fun appearance but more importantly with the spectacular taste of the ORSOM Cheese on the board.  You can try any combination of your favourite ORSOM Cheeses here and add extra grapes, figs or remove the salami for a vegetarian option.


  • 120g ORSOM Lester
  • 160g ORSOM Hunter
  • 60g ORSOM Blue
  • 180g Salami (approx. 30 slices)
  • 65g Dried Apricots
  • 30g Red Seedless Grapes
  • 10g Rosemary Spriggs


  1. Take a Christmas Tree shaped board approximately 35cm by 25cm in diameter, alternatively you could use any rectangular board and make the shape of a Christmas Tree.
  2. Start by folding the salami into half and then into a quarter and make a ribbon shape along the bottom of your board.
  3. Next, cut the grapes in half, lengthways, and arrange on your board and repeat with the dried apricots.
  4. Cut the Orsom Blue into cubes of around 2cm in diameter and arrange on your board.
  5. Slice the Hunter and Lester into triangles approx. 1cm in diameter and arrange on your board.
  6. Evenly spread the rosemary sprigs around the edges and centre of the board and serve with your favourite festive drinks.
  7. A cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay or zinfandel would pair well with this grazing board, as would a mulled cherry punch.
