Ingredients
- 70g Woodew Smoked Cheese
- 2 Rashers of Smoked Bacon
- 1 Slice of Doorstep Toast
- Plain Flour
- ยฝ TSP English Mustard
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Dash of Milk
Method
- Grill your bacon and then set aside
- Toast your bread and set aside
- Grate the Woodew cheese into a pan and melt through
- When melted add the mustard, a few drops of Worcestershire Sauce to taste, season and finish with a splash of milk, stir and heat through
- Finally add a very small amount of flour until the cheese mixture takes on a thicker consistency
- Assemble the bacon slices on your slice of toast and then top with the melted cheese mix
- Pop under the grill for 4-5 minutes until browned and bubbling!
