  • 70g Woodew Smoked Cheese
  • 2 Rashers of Smoked Bacon
  • 1 Slice of Doorstep Toast
  • Plain Flour
  • ½ TSP English Mustard
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Dash of Milk


  1. Grill your bacon and then set aside
  2. Toast your bread and set aside
  3. Grate the Woodew cheese into a pan and melt through
  4. When melted add the mustard, a few drops of Worcestershire Sauce to taste, season and finish with a splash of milk, stir and heat through
  5. Finally add a very small amount of flour until the cheese mixture takes on a thicker consistency
  6. Assemble the bacon slices on your slice of toast and then top with the melted cheese mix
  7. Pop under the grill for 4-5 minutes until browned and bubbling!
