Add a new flavour dimension with our Truffle Oil and Black Pepper infused butter!


  • 4 slice of Sourdough Bread (Thick Cut)
  • Generous disk of ORSOM Truffle & Black Pepper Butter
  • 300g Mixed Wild Mushroom
  • Fresh Thyme Leaves


  1. Add the mushrooms to a dry pan and fry up the onions until they start to brown
  2. At the same time pop your bread into the toaster and brown
  3. When the mushrooms are ready add a disk of Truffle & Black Pepper Butter and allow to melt through the mushrooms
  4. Spread the toast with Truffle & Black Pepper Butter top with the mushrooms and finish with a sprinkle of fresh thyme
