Add a new flavour dimension with our Truffle Oil and Black Pepper infused butter!

Ingredients
- 4 slice of Sourdough Bread (Thick Cut)
- Generous disk of ORSOM Truffle & Black Pepper Butter
- 300g Mixed Wild Mushroom
- Fresh Thyme Leaves
Method
- Add the mushrooms to a dry pan and fry up the onions until they start to brown
- At the same time pop your bread into the toaster and brown
- When the mushrooms are ready add a disk of Truffle & Black Pepper Butter and allow to melt through the mushrooms
- Spread the toast with Truffle & Black Pepper Butter top with the mushrooms and finish with a sprinkle of fresh thyme
