A delicious Garlic and Herb Ravioli – created with ease with use of ORSOM’s Garlic Butter.

Ingredients

  • Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli
  • Fresh Spinach
  • Handful of Walnuts
  • 30g ORSOM Garlic & Herb Butter

Method

  1. Cook the ravioli following the instructions provided as per ravioli brand
  2. Add the walnuts to a dry pan and toast slightly for a minute or two
  3. Add the butter to a saucepan and melt until the butter starts to turn a golden brown
  4. Drain the pasta, reserving a little pasta water (1-2tbsp) and add this water to the butter along with the toasted walnuts and wilted spinach
  5. Stir together and with the cooked ravioli, and season with salt and pepper
