- Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli
- Fresh Spinach
- Handful of Walnuts
- 30g ORSOM Garlic & Herb Butter
- Cook the ravioli following the instructions provided as per ravioli brand
- Add the walnuts to a dry pan and toast slightly for a minute or two
- Add the butter to a saucepan and melt until the butter starts to turn a golden brown
- Drain the pasta, reserving a little pasta water (1-2tbsp) and add this water to the butter along with the toasted walnuts and wilted spinach
- Stir together and with the cooked ravioli, and season with salt and pepper
