A delicious King Prawn Pil Pil – created with ease with use of ORSOM’s Chilli Infused Butter.


  • 20g ORSOM Chilli Butter
  • 200g Raw King Prawns
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • Olive Oil
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Lemon Wedges


  1. In a frying pan fry up the garlic in a little olive oil
  2. Add the raw prawns coating in the garlic oil
  3. Keep turning the prawns as they start to turn pink, then add the Chilli Butter and allow to melt
  4. Add to a dish, and top with fresh parsley
  5. Finally, garnish with fresh lemon wedge – used to add a citrus splash to this flavoursome king prawn dish!
