Give chilli corn on the cob a try and add a new chilli butter flavour dimension.


  • x2 Corn on the cobs
  • 40g ORSOM Chilli Butter


  1. Melt the Chilli butter in a pan
  2. Add each corn on the cob to a sheet of foil
  3. Using a pastry brush, brush the corn well with a layer of the melted butter and then wrap each individually in the foil (you may want to double layer this)
  4. Pop in the oven and bake for 30 minutes
  5. Serve up with extra melted Chilli butter
