Using ORSOM Blue, our devilishly moreish Blue Cheese alongside pear you can create a gloriously delicious pear tart to enjoy at home this spring.

Ingredients

  • 320g Sheet of Puff Pastry
  • Small pears
  • Honey
  • Fresh Thyme
  • Orsom BLUE Cheese
  • Walnuts
  • Olive Oil

Method

  1. Unroll the pastry sheet and cut circle disks of pastry out of the sheet (you can also keep whole, or cut into squares)
  2. Thinly slice each pear, using 4-5 slices per tart
  3. Fan out the pear on top of the pastry
  4. Crumble the Orsom BLUE cheese on top
  5. Add a little fresh thyme, scatter the walnut pieces and add a drizzle of honey
  6. Pop the tarts in the oven and cook for 15 minutes until the pastry is cooked through
  7. Finish with extra thyme and a good drizzle of honey
