Our handmade extra mature Cheddar, naturally smoked over cherry wood shavings for 15 hours and now brought to you in the 1kg Grande Truckle size.

We take the ORSOM Winston cheddar, and instead of coating the cheese in wax, we slowly smoke it over wood chips for 15 hours! Not all cheeses are naturally smoked – ours is and you can see & taste the difference.
